Angela is absolutely amazing… my two fur babies were way, way overdue for grooming and nails. She came to my house, picked both of them up, groomed them at her house, and brought them back. She did an absolutely amazing job and kept me updated along the way. She also came back the next week to my house to work on their nails. I will be her forever customer, and I could not recommend her more.

Angie at DFW Critter Sitter really has the “Pied Piper” touch with animals…. I’m almost jealous how much my dog “lights up” to see her. It must always be a “Dog Disneyland” experience for him when he stays with her. She’s so considerate of and tuned into animals’ hearts and minds, and any dog boarding with her– so she knows and does do whatever is necessary to be sure they are safe, well-cared for, and always having good “dog fun” when they are with her. Angela did such a great job with our dog! It was his first time getting groomed and she was so patient with him. She made sure he was comfortable and even gave him hot dog treats! Our dog has a ton of hair and it’s really hard for us to take care of it so I’m so glad we were able to find Angela to help us out.

My family and I planned a family trip to Six Flags. We were nervous keeping our dog in the hotel for too long. We found out about DFW Critter Sitter from a local Facebook group. I am SO glad we chose Angela to watch our dog. Her professionalism was on point. I felt safe knowing my dog was being well taken care of. Her communication was excellent as I was a little nervous being that our girl was still a puppy and a bit nervous at first around new dogs. The best part was she can groom and clip your dog’s claws for a discounted price while boarding. Will definitely be asking for her next time we come to town.

I have a hard time trusting people with my dogs! Angie has made it easier and easier to trust her. Constant pictures from her throughout the day and couple trial days just to ease my mind. I boarded them for four days. Thinking I would be a mess the whole time but again she reassured me and it was a great trip for both me and my babies!

Critter Sitter Angie has watched my cat & dog several times now with great results! The cat is a breeze but my dog Lucy is timid and scared of strangers. Angie was able to keep her calm and comfortable! Usually Lucy is stressed out of I just have friends or family pop in from time to time. Angie is able to give the consistency and doting she needs to feel comfortable!

We have left our dog and bird with Angie twice now… the first time I had a lot of anxiety because we had never left our pets with a sitter before, and not everyone is comfortable with birds. I can’t say enough about Angela at DFW Critter Sitter! From the moment she walked in, she made an instant connection with my 200-pound English Mastiff, which is no small feat. Her warm and caring nature also shone through as she lavished attention on my senior English Bulldog, making sure both of my dogs felt comfortable and loved in my absence.

I recently booked Angie for a “drop-in” while I was out of town for the day. She was able to accommodate a last minute booking, which was very appreciated. Angie is my “go-to” and here’s why. She connects with animals so easily that her time with them quickly becomes “quality” time and not just a “quantity” of time spent with, in my case, my dog. I see this as a difference from other sitting services I’ve used. There’s no time wasted with her trying to coax a pet to come out and play, or eat, etc. It’s all “high-value” time when she’s there. My dog bounces nearly 4 feet in the air when she walks in and has pure joy in his heart for her. Angie is amazing, easy to work with and able to tailor her “critter sitting” to always be a special experience for my pup and I know she does this with every pet she lovingly meets through her “critter sitting.” I feel additional confidence to work with Angie as she is well-experienced in the nuances of dog behavior, which makes for an all around enriched experience for my dog— and myself as I learn more and more from her.

I’m not sure who’s more in love—Angie or my Westie Mandy—but the love affair is undeniable. Angie has an innate gift with animals that’s polished with passion, talent, and experience. Mandy goes insane with excitement every time she sees Angie and moans when she leaves. I love her grooming skills and appreciate her insight and guidance on health tips, food, and nail maintenance. I highly recommend her services.

DFW Critter Sitter took a last-minute pet-sitting request when I was called out of town for business. My pets liked Angie immediately. I swear she has a God-given gift with animals. I also took advantage of their grooming service and was extremely pleased with the results. How she was able to cut Toby’s nails bewilders me.
